Our Services

A property management system ensures that there is a good working relationship between the
landlord and the tenant thereby maximizing retention through consistent service delivery. This
further maximizes profits for the landlord.
Our management responsibilities include:
i. Invoicing and collecting due rent for timely payments to landlords.
ii. Service charge administration e.g. garbage collection, electricity and water bills by tenants.
iii. Screening and selection of tenants.
iv. Handing over their property to tenant on meeting tenancy contract terms.
v. Preparation of monthly statement of income to be sent to the landlords.
vi. Assessment of required repair and maintenance work.
vii. Tenancy agreement administration for compliance by tenants.
viii. Free marketing of vacant units for maximum occupancy.
ix. Assistance in filing rental income tax.
x. Screening of third party service providers e.g. cleaners, security firms, valuers, landscapers
